North Memorial Clinics is seeking an experienced and dynamic primary care physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our Primary Care Team, at our Elk River Clinic located in the Twin Cities metropolitan area of Minnesota.

Our two-hospital system draws referrals from Minnesota, parts of Wisconsin, Iowa, and the Dakotas. We utilize EPIC for our healthcare records.

· Maple Grove Hospital is a 134 bed Community Hospital in a vibrant growing young suburb of Minneapolis
Position Purpose
The Clinic Physician provides direct patient care in the clinic office setting, acting as a member of the treatment team, ensuring the delivery of quality care. The physician will negotiate the visit agenda with the patient in order to best meet patient expectations.

· Completion of accredited ABMS approved residency
· Graduate of an accredited Medical or Osteopathic School
