North Memorial Clinics is seeking an experienced and dynamic primary care physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our Primary Care Team, at our New Hope Clinic located in the Twin Cities metropolitan area of Minnesota.

North Memorial Health is a comprehensive health care system that serves the north, central, and west communities in the Twin Cities metro area. But our reach extends far beyond these neighborhoods. Through our two hospitals (North Memorial Health Hospital & Maple Grove Hospital) and a metro-wide network of primary, specialty and urgent care clinics; outpatient centers; medical transportation; and community outreach, we are a regional leader in advanced medical care.
Our two-hospital system draws referrals from Minnesota, parts of Wisconsin, Iowa, and the Dakotas. We utilize EPIC for our healthcare records.
· North Memorial Health Hospital is a 385 bed Level-1 Trauma Center and Community Hospital
· Maple Grove Hospital is a 134 bed Community Hospital in a vibrant growing young suburb of Minneapolis
Position Purpose
The Clinic Physician provides direct patient care in the clinic office setting, acting as a member of the treatment team, ensuring the delivery of quality care. The physician will negotiate the visit agenda with the patient in order to best meet patient expectations.

· Completion of accredited ABMS approved residency
