Provides a variety of services/support for the Education Department.

Responsibilities:
1. Order supplies and inventory maintenance.2. Phone coverage for the Department.3. Department timekeeper and payroll reports.4. Copy and maintain education materials for staff.5. Room booking and confirmation.6. Take minutes at meetings as assigned.7. Registers employees for courses.8. Maintains a course file on all offered courses and a department file for each department on courses that are department specific.9. Assist in data entry into computer system attendance at Educational offerings.10. Maintains subscription renewals.11. Maintenance of Education Reference Library to include labeling, cataloging, videotapes, audiotapes, newsletters, texts and department manuals.12. Assist with AV equipment for conference center as needed.13. Compiles summary of course evaluations for Employee Education and Community Education Offerings.14. Maintains office logs such as checkout of equipment, library checkout, and distribution of texts as appropriate.15. Handles general office duties such as answering telephones and miscellaneous typing.16. Follows North Oaks Health System’s compliance programs and all federal and state regulatory guidelines.17. Performs other duties as requested by department director.
