The successful Hotel Catering Sales Manager will utilize their expertise in hotel catering operations to achieve monthly revenue goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Selling and booking catering events including business meetings, weddings, and social events
- Building relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business
- Entertaining event planners and maintaining those partnerships
- Preparing effective proposals and finalizing event orders
- Overseeing client functions and ensuring satisfaction through clear communication with all departments
- Promoting the property and driving sales through community networking and attendance at industry events
- Maintaining organized records and correspondence
