The North Rose-Wolcott Central School district seeks a dynamic leader who supports the district’s mission and vision through collaborative work with other administrators, teachers, student, and parents.

Responsibilities:
School Leadership
- Support a positive, structured, whole-child oriented school culture
- Ensure the school runs smoothly and efficiently
- Use data to inform student centered decisions regarding academics and behavior
- Model professional behavior
- Partner with the Principal in leading building committees and teams
Teacher Development
- Analyze data with teachers to determine how to best meet students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Manage teachers’ duties and schedules to support the flow of the building to run smoothly
- Participate in the APPR process with teachers and the evaluation process with all staff
- Provide professional development for teachers
Parent and Family Engagement
- Be visible in the community and at events within the district
- Build relationships with students and families
- Provide clear communication to parents in a timely manner with an invitation for 2-way communication
- Respond to parent concerns promptly and effectively with care, concern, and follow through
- Work with staff to support positive family interactions between the school and home
