SUMMARY
The Application Support Specialist is the subject matter expert for the Bank’s core data processing and ancillary systems (including the document management solutions) and is primarily responsible for application systems support and maintenance. The individual will interact with vendors and all levels of the organization to implement new products, perform upgrades/enhancements, and provide support, documentation and data.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science required
- At least five (5) years of diversified application experience as an analyst or support staff
- Background in banking core systems
- Specific knowledge of COCC Insight or Fiserv DNA preferred
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to function independently and in a collaborative environment with keen attention to detail
- Excellent working knowledge of PC software including Word, Excel, Access
- Working knowledge of report writing software
