Adult Residential Facility Administrator

Seeking a qualified and reliable individual for the position of Administrator at an Adult Crisis Residential Facility. The Administrator is responsible to create, implement and oversee the scope of operations for the Crisis Residential Program. The Crisis Residential Short-Term Treatment Program offers crisis intervention and respite support for adults with mental illness on a short-term basis. The purpose of the Crisis Residential Service is to avert a psychiatric admission when appropriate or to shorten the length of a psychiatric hospitalization. The program is designed for adults needing intensive 24-hour support services but whose needs do not require hospitalization.

Credentials: A Master’s Degree in Human Services with at least one year experience in the treatment of adults with mental illness OR a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and at least two years of experience in the treatment of adults with mental illness. A negative TB test, which must be updated every three years. All required health-related data is to be on file with the agency within 30 days of employment. Successful completion of Group Home Training Curriculum Program.

Entry Range $55,000 to $60,000 depending on experience/Credentials

3 weeks Paid Time Off and 7 paid holidays
