Hotel bistro looking for a floor manager with a love for service, guiding and encouraging
employees, and interacting with guests. Must be available all weekends and holidays.
This is a junior manager position, reporting to both AM & PM Directors of Service. This role
will need to step into the Director of Service role whenever they are not available.
There is a lot of room to grow in this unique position that works with both AM and PM teams. We hope to
eventually develop the junior manager into a manager, with opportunities for advancement within the wine/spirits sector as well as team leadership.
Must be available all weekends and holidays. The candidate needs to be punctual, reliable, and
communicative.
This role assists in making sure the business complies with health and food
safety regulations.
Minimum qualifications:
