WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

As a full-time Wet Utilities Project Manager, you'll be embracing a schedule that goes beyond the ordinary, with 50 hours per week being the norm.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

You will be orchestrating the installation of underground water and sewer pipes for diverse projects, ensuring every detail aligns with safety and quality standards. Your day will involve shouldering the responsibility of project profitability and overseeing the intricate dance of employees, heavy equipment, subcontractors, and materials. You'll be the project manager, navigating through the challenges of diverse climates and terrains, all while maintaining a positive team spirit. From planning a safe project site to creating accurate production estimates, your role as a Wet Utilities Project Manager will be the driving force behind our success.

IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?

• 3 years of experience in underground construction and construction management, particularly in the Arizona market
• Ability to read and comprehend project plans, specifications, and local codes
• Ability to hold competent training for excavations (OSHA 30 preferred)
• Strong understanding of the nuances of contracts, change orders, and project budgets
• Familiarity with various software, including email, spreadsheets, and project management tools
