North State Acceptance, is an Auto and Consumer Loan finance company with a leadership opportunity for an Assistant Branch Manager with exceptional experience in resolving past due accounts. Enthusiastic applicants with positive-minded business relationships that have experience working with customers throughout the life cycle of the loan and prior auto finance experience are encouraged to apply. In addition, You will be responsible for maintaining daily office operations including managing employees in a small office environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply but are not required.

Duties include:
OPERATIONS
- Manage branch personnel, processes, procedures and productivity in accordance with company standards and performance goals
- Provide leadership and mentoring to branch personnel
- Accurately notate accounts
CREDIT
- Manage and maintain performance goals within company standards: buying sales and consumer paper, increase product penetration
- Business Development/Marketing
- Research, prospect, build and maintain relationships with dealerships
- Turn relationships into increased business
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and work through differences to a positive conclusion, using a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
- Keep current log of dealer agreements and Red Flag Rules compliance
- Reviews the processing of applications received (Fax, Walk-ins, Dealer Track)
- Pull credit
- Close loans
- Update Application counter log
- Prepare Endorsement log
- Document loans
- Process Dealer Commission checks
COLLECTIONS
- Manage and maintain monthly potential delinquencies under 19%
- Manage and maintain monthly 30 day delinquencies under 0.5%
- Manage and maintain Repo percentage under 1%
- Research and respond to credit disputes
- Manage and maintain preparation of Repo Disposal, Repo Sold Report and Charge-off log
- Manage and maintain charge-off processing to accounts
- Generate & mail Final Accounting Letter
- Process Settlements Accepted & log
- Oversee NSF Process and notification letters completion
Requirements
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Completed degree in higher education OR Equivalent supervisory work experience in auto finance
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with others
Possess excellent interpersonal and customer interaction skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Demonstrate good leadership and diplomacy skills
Ability to demonstrate competent computer skills
Ability to meet performance goals
Team player, willingness to and be adaptable in challenging situations
