What are the responsibilities and job description for the Healthcare Customer Support position at North Talent Group?
Shift: 2nd Shift 4:30pm-1:00 am Tues-Sat.
Experience: 1 or 2 years recent Healthcare customer support.
The Customer Support provides comprehensive support to various business units within the organization, ensuring the smooth execution of clinical studies.
The role involves close collaboration with investigator sites to address data discrepancies, resolve specimen accessioning issues, and ensure timely sample analysis.
The specialist serves as the primary contact for sites, managing communications, escalations, and resolution of study-related concerns to maintain data integrity and protocol compliance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Accurate data entry skills.
Strong client and phone service skills.
Training details:
Training will be done on 1st shift.
1st month - 1st shift, onsite training with a senior learning the exception piece
2nd month - 1st shift, training remote
3rd month - Start problem sample training (2 weeks in office).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
