Since 2012, Silver Mountain has performed over $52 million in a variety of construction projects ranging from design-build to repair and renovation in a variety of locations. Silver Mountain manages both task order IDIQ contracts as well as competitive bid and sole source projects, including 100% design, design-build, demolition, facilities repair, DOD fuels systems, and new construction. Job Description
- Daily onsite project labor
- Carpentry
- Concrete install/finishing
- Equipment operator
- Site layout/elevations
- Procure materials
- Site demolition
- Site installation
- Site organization
- Daily site cleanup
- Sheetrock installation, mud, tape, paint
- Operate company vehicles.
- The ability to oversee and work on multiple projects.
Qualifications
- Performing daily tasks according to priorities and plans,
- Making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, and personnel
- Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets, and procedures
- Regularly reporting project status to your supervisor
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.)
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Familiarity with power tools and machinery is required
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety rules
- Security Access: Base Access with FBI background check
- Self-motivated and a willingness to work hard to get the project done in a timely fashion.
