Nurses at our level care are not regularly scheduled on a routine medication pass. They assist with accuchecks, insulin, and narcotics for the residents of the Assisted Living Program. Some other responsibilities include charting, handling doctor's orders, and ordering and checking in medications.

Requirements: New York State LPN License in good standing.1 year of Assisted living experience preferred, but not required. Every other weekend is required.
Responsibilities: Duties include supervision of staff and residents, assisting with some medication administration ,care coordination between healthcare providers, families and facility, and documentation.
