Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS

Maintain and control data collection infrastructure jobs (TDS, RMF, CMF, MICS, MXG, SAS, DB2)

• Produce Capacity and Utilization reports

• Workload Management Planning and participation

• Perform data collection through tools (TDS, RMF, CMF, SYSVIEW, MICS, MXG, SAS)

• Maintain a Capacity Plan

• Trend CPU utilization and forecast workload growth

• Works to identify best in performance opportunities

• Handles day to day requests

• Maintain operating system performance parameters

• Review and implement WLM (Workload manager) policy changes using IBM WLM ISPF facility (initiators, batch, started tasks, etc.). Determine WLM impact and implement required changes to the WLM policy for adding a new or existing system to the parallel sysplex.

• Customizing and testing of performance tools

• Performs mid-level troubleshooting

• Monitor critical system resources

• Real-time performance monitoring

• Supports operating system upgrades

• Run IBM SCRT process for billing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jacksonville, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• (TDSRMF, CMF, MICS, MXG, SAS, DB2): 1 year (Preferred)
• WLM IBM WLM ISPF: 1 year (Preferred)
