Responsibilities include:
- Assisting leadership and management of the nursing department.
- Partnering with the DON to drive overall success of the facility
- Assisting with maintaining standards of care in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care facilities.

Qualifications:
- Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university
- A current, unencumbered, active Ohio RN license
- Previous experience as an ADON in long-term care is preferred.
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
