Warehouse Clerical Assistant

NorthEast Electrical is looking for an exceptional team player to join our Warehouse Team as a Warehouse Clerical Assistant!

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Rate: $21/hr

Work Location: Brockton Headquarters (on site)

What a typical day looks like in this role:

• Daily research of shortages with purchasing issues.
• Daily logging of material that is not received or still in process.
• Processing and returning Annual Stock Returns to Vendors.
• Assist inbound schedule appointments with various trucking companies.
• Perform data entry to receive material into the Eclipse System.
• Handling and documenting freight claim with inbound carriers.
• Maintain and create various excel spreadsheets as needed.
• Work closely with the Purchasing and Accounts Payable departments.
• Assist in the coordination of our New Service Capabilities (Blue Wire Reels, Carts, Cages etc.)

What we are looking for you to bring to us:

• Ability to organize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
• Must have good phone and math skills.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft excel, word and outlook.
• Ability to problem solve
• Work as part of a team
• Reliable and positive attitude
• Working knowledge of eclipse system a plus
