Northeast Family Services is seeking Outpatient Telehealth Clinicians to join our growing Massachusetts team!
Under the direction of the Program Director, the Outpatient Clinician will provide services and care to our Telehealth patients in Massachusetts in accordance with NFS’ policies. NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

Compensation:
Fee for Service:
- $45/hour for MA Level
- $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
- $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
- $65-$70/hour for independent license
Salary:

Full Time $64,000 - $72,000
Premiums paid for:
- Non-English language capacity
- Experience
- Select clinical specialties
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
- License in the state of Massachusetts
- Independent Clinical License within 2 years
- Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!

Fee for Service Therapists with a 15-hour caseload are eligible for pro-rated benefits after two years
