NGMC Internal Agency RN Program
NGMC Internal Agency RN program allows registered nurse professionals to accept assignments with Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS) to address critical vacancies.
The RN hourly rate will be established based on market and modality at the time application is received.
Any overtime worked by the employee under this program will be paid at 1.5 times the employee’s hourly rate for all hours worked over 40 in a work week.

Employee is not eligible for Paid Time Off.
Work schedule requirement – full-time commitment (may be night or day shift) –weekends as required in accordance with the employee’s selected option in the “Work Requirements” section above. The employee is not eligible for staffing incentives. Can be assigned to other areas within their work group and any NGHS hospital locations.
Active Georgia RN license and/or Compact license with two years of recent experience (within past two years) in the Nursing specialties Critical Care, Emergency Department, Medical – Surgical or Cardiac.
Employee must live at least 50 miles away from assigned campus and will need to show proof of residency to be eligible for the program.
