Residential Program Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field or QDDP required.
  • If candidate does not have QDDP certification, it must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Experience in adult residential care strongly preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to assigned Team Leaders of unlicensed homes.
  • Support and assist Team Leaders with screening and hiring perspective staff.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and HCBS Director to manage assigned program budgets and individual consumer allocations.
  • Provide oversight of necessary paperwork.
  • Provide professional guidance to staff to insure quality of service delivery.
  • Train assigned Team Leaders in the performance of their duties.
  • Assist in program development.
  • Manage ongoing crisis within the areas of assigned responsibility.
  • Fill in for assigned Team Leaders as needed or requested.
