About the Role:
The Associate Store Manager is responsible for providing support to the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including overseeing all Lead Budtenders and Budtenders. The successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, a problem-solving attitude, strong desire for self-improvement, attention to detail, strong interpersonal abilities, solid administrative/clerical and time management skills, and the desire to progress into a management position. The Associate Store Manager is also responsible for upholding the mission and values of the company and ensuring that his/her team delivers Customer Service Excellence at all times.
How you’ll make a difference:
The main responsibilities of the Associate Store Manager include interacting with, educating, and advising customers face-to-face and by phone; record-keeping; monitoring inventory and cash management; interacting with local service providers; and helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility inside and out. The ASM is also responsible for supporting the SM with scheduling and overseeing the day-to-day duties of the Lead Budtenders and Budtenders at one of our four dispensaries.
