We are seeking a reliable assistant property manager who is focused on customer service to join our growing team. In this position, you will help coordinate the leasing, and all operational aspects of our properties and will answer directly to the CEO. As a Assistant Multi-Site Property Manager, your primary responsibilities include:
· Leading by example and being a role model for the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of the company.
· Execution of leases, marketing and operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy and customer retention goals.
· Managing the financial performance of the properties.
· Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with residents and vendors.
· Maintain expert level competitive marketplace intelligence to evaluate rents and any other operational functions.
· Responsible for all property related marketing.
· Delivers high level of customer satisfaction that will produce positive reviews.
· Responsible for hiring, training and building your team all while inspiring professional growth.
Assistant Multi-Site Property Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
· High School degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
· Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations
· Experience with property management software, specifically Buildium, preferred
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
· Organized and able to create multiple timelines and schedules
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· In-depth understanding of marketing and advertising rental spaces
· Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
