Restoration Laborer

Job Description

  • Respond to all project needs requested by project lead.
  • Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform remediation using the proper PPE
  • Perform water extraction and pack-out of contents
  • Remove and dispose of any non-salvageable materials
  • Perform light construction demo
  • Set up air movers and/or dehumidifiers
  • Perform lifting of debris of 20 -30 Lbs. throughout the day if necessary
  • Support Team Members by performing other duties outside of description within reason.

Qualifications

  • Must have the ability to communicate with others in written and verbal form
  • Must be familiar with Vacuuming & Detailed cleaning
  • Must be able to work in an environment that has suffered water damage.
  • Requires a valid driver's license but not required to drive business vehicles.
  • Required to have a minimum of a GED

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

  • Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Construction: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • IICRC Certification (Preferred)
