Position Summary: Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital is looking for a full-time Market Recruiter to support the recruitment needs for four (4) different facilities throughout New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah. Will be responsible for sourcing candidates, actively recruiting using many different platforms, and managing hard to fill positions. May also be required to carry out general HR functions.
May be required to work during evenings or weekends as per workload, targets or on priority basis. Work may sometimes include field visits and travel.
The successful incumbent must possess a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, ability to meet deadlines and targets with a sense of urgency, ability to communicate clearly and professionally, is well organized, and detail oriented. Knowledge of an acute care hospital setting is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Requires bachelor’s degree in human resources with a min. of 2 years health care recruitment experience, or equivalent related work experience required. 5 years’ experience in HR Recruiting preferred.
Certifications: SHRM or PHR Certification preferred
