Support specialist

Responsible delivering exceptional customer service for existing business customers including any tier two cash management service or account issues.

Opening new accounts, making changes to existing accounts, adding on new cash management services or making changes to existing cash management services for existing business customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Open new deposit accounts for existing business customers
• Make changes to deposit accounts for existing business customers
• Manage setup of new cash management services for existing business customers
• Manage changes to cash management services for existing business customers
• Train newly hired cash management and business specialists
• Develop and review business process documents
• Backup contact center specialists for tier 1 business customers and consumer customers phone calls and emails for customer support
• Act as a mentor to tier 1 business support agents

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of five years banking experience (Cash Management experience preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of commercial and cash management products
• Familiarity with bank regulations
• Excellent computer and technical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Excellent with organization and time management
• Detail oriented work ethic
• Bachelor's, associate degree or equivalent experience
