NCHC is actively looking for temporary, part-time team members to assist with COVID-19 testing and screening. Attention to detail, excellent customer service, communication and organization skills in a fast-paced environment required. Very competitive pay and willing to train the right person. Job Requirements:
- Greet, check in & register patients in a drive up setting, while directing incoming vehicles to maintain efficient registration process
- Answer patient questions regarding testing process and access to results
- Efficient data entry in computer software, cataloging collected testing samples
- Instruct patients through self - administered testing
- Prepare and maintain a sanitized workspace for specimen collection
- Ensure quality control of data and specimen collection
- Help other team members with additional tasks as needed
- Participate in continued training as needed to maintain quality assurance and compliance with state regulation
