Your responsibilities
- Maintaining operations through troubleshooting using physical and software-based actions
- Ensuring all equipment is running at peak optimization throughout the shift
- Recording, tracking, investigating as well as troubleshooting equipment errors
- Keeping the site clean and presentable
- Deployment and movement of equipment
- Administrative duties
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Your profile
- Completed training in the field of IT or comparable relevant professional experience in IT support or equivalent
- Good knowledge in the data center as well as IT system environment
- Reporting and documentation skills
- High degree of initiative and willingness to perform as well as good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Structured, responsible, and independent way of working
