Job Description

• Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations and KTEA Franchise Operations Policies and Procedures.
• Develops enthusiastically satisfied guests all of the time.
• Welcomes and connects with every guest.
• Discover guest needs and appropriately suggests product to enhance service and meet sales goals.
• Offers guests demonstrations and samples using brewing equipment.
• Responds to guests needs and says thank you to every guest.
• Provides quality beverages consistently for all guests.
• Prepares beverages to standards.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas.
• Maintains quality store operations
• Follows store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.
• Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products.
• Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty rosters and cleaning standards.
• Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication with guests and team members.
• Contributes to store profitability
• Follows store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.
• Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
• Contributes to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.
• Correctly perform all necessary paperwork and bookwork at shifts end.
• Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for Business Levels.
• Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record.
• May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings.

Education, Experience & Other Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Three months related experience and/or training helpful; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working as a barista preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Kalispel Tribal Work Permit.
• Valid health card.
• Hepatitis A vaccination.
• Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) certification
• Payment Card Industry Training.
• Job offer contingent upon successful completion of background check and pre-employment screening.
