Job Description
- Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations and KTEA Franchise Operations Policies and Procedures.
- Develops enthusiastically satisfied guests all of the time.
- Welcomes and connects with every guest.
- Discover guest needs and appropriately suggests product to enhance service and meet sales goals.
- Offers guests demonstrations and samples using brewing equipment.
- Responds to guests needs and says thank you to every guest.
- Provides quality beverages consistently for all guests.
- Prepares beverages to standards.
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas.
- Maintains quality store operations
- Follows store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.
- Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products.
- Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty rosters and cleaning standards.
- Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication with guests and team members.
- Contributes to store profitability
- Follows store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.
- Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
- Contributes to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.
- Correctly perform all necessary paperwork and bookwork at shifts end.
- Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for Business Levels.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record.
- May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings.

Education, Experience & Other Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Three months related experience and/or training helpful; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working as a barista preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Kalispel Tribal Work Permit.
- Valid health card.
- Hepatitis A vaccination.
- Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) certification
- Payment Card Industry Training.
- Job offer contingent upon successful completion of background check and pre-employment screening.
