Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience as a Dishwasher in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
- Load and unload dishwashing machines and hand wash items as required
- Ensure clean and organized work area at all times
- Assist with food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed
- Follow proper food handling procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor of any shortages
- Adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain efficient and effective operations
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when necessary
