The candidate MUST have a minimum of or be eligible for a Non-Independent license in Kentucky. Independent licensure is Preferred.

- WORK HOURS : 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Responsible for the administration and management of daily MOUD program operations and supervision of staff to include interviewing, hiring, the training process, employee evaluations, performance reviews, coaching and disciplinary processes to align employee performance and behaviors.
- Provide administrative and clinical supervision to assigned staff. Provide guidance concerning day-to-day delivery of program elements to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor case assignments, review billable hours and staff productivity on a weekly basis. Ensure staff are submitting accurate and timely paperwork related to the services being provided to clients.
- Coordinate quality assurance chart reviews, assessing clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulation and program standards.
- Assure adequate clinical staffing to meet organizational goals.
- Clarifies and supports organizational policies and procedures.
- Develop treatment plans for clients based upon clients’ own words regarding areas of needs and their diagnoses and symptoms.
- Assess clients and / or provide therapy, counseling, intervention, and / or education to clients in a professional manner as described in client treatment plan to achieve identified goals.
- Provide clinically appropriate treatment based on mental health assessment and treatment plans.
- Participate in planned supervision and case consultation conferences as necessary.
- Come prepared to meetings and keep clinical team and / or supervisor informed.
- Be available for intakes and emergency client visits and provide clinical coverage as needed.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to multitask.
- This position requires some travel and reliable personal transportation.
- Clinical experience required and Management / supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working with Substance Use & Addiction and Recovery is strongly PREFERRED.
- MUST HAVE a minimum of a Non-Independent license in Kentucky. Independent license is preferred. (CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPCA, CADC, LCADC, MFT, LMFT)
