Position Summary: The Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program Director (PHP) will be responsible for overseeing data analysis of the CCBHC program. Will ensure that all requirements are being followed to comply with SPARS including Government Performance and Result Act (GPRA) data analysis. This person will work closely with the CCBHC Executive Director to communicate data analysis reports and epidemiology of the grant, including statistical measures. The PHP Director is responsible for the overall clinical programming, supervision of clinical staff within the addiction continuum and ensuring overall compliance to state, federal and accreditation rules and regulations.
Essential Functions:
· Data collection, management, and analysis, preparation of reports to contract and funding organizations, and ongoing program fidelity requirements.
· Conducts audits of database and processes to identify problems and perform corrections.
· Ensures patient and program data is accurately and completely recorded in the agency’s electronic record health system according to contractual timelines and requirements
· Analyzes data to ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and funding sources
· Supports staff in developing policies and procedures to gather and record patient-level data related to program services and outcomes
· Prepares detailed and summary reports of findings and communicates findings to program and agency leadership
· Participates in developing guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures related to the quality of care and process improvement
· Performs quality assurance reviews and recommends performance improvement
· Creates, maintains, and distributes reports as needed by program and agency, leadership, and government agencies
· Develops and implements clinical protocols, policies, and procedures for addiction continuum
· Ensures program is in compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation rules and regulations
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Professional Licensure: Current LCSW or LPC
Experience: At least one (1) year of administrative experience and at least two (2) years of experience working in a behavioral healthcare setting is preferred. Knowledge of the target behavioral health population served by The Ness Center and their related diagnoses and co-morbidities as well as positive customer relations skills are critical.
