The Operations Coordinator acts as the liaison between our Clients, our Warehouse Partners, and internal WarehouseQuote stakeholders. What You’ll Do

• Displays a mastery of the client’s business through effective communication via a combination of Internal systems, phone, e-mail, or Instant Messaging (chat)
• Committed to driving clarity through excellent communication and problem solving
• Works collaboratively with teammates to find innovative ways to drive proactive, timely, and consistent communication

Who You Are

• 1-2 years experience in the Logistics/Supply Chain industry is strongly preferred
• Possess the ability to execute on the task at hand with experience, resourcefulness, and collaboration
