Accounts Receivable Clerk Location : Miami Gardens, FL Job Description : Are you good with numbers and organized? Do you like working with money?
If yes, then being an Accounts Receivable Clerk might be the job for you! Responsibilities : Invoicing : Help make sure our customers get their bills on time by preparing and sending out invoices.
Payments : Keep track of payments from customers and make sure they get recorded correctly in our system. Customer Communication : Talk to customers about their bills, answer questions, and help solve any payment problems.
Record Keeping : Keep detailed records of all the money coming in, so our company knows how much we're owed and how much we've been paid.
Organized : Keeping track of lots of invoices and payments requires good organization skills. Communication Skills : You'll need to talk to customers, so being friendly and clear when you communicate is important.
Computer Skills : Basic knowledge of computer programs like Microsoft Excel and accounting software is helpful. Attention to Detail : Making sure all the numbers are correct is super important, so being detail-oriented is a big plus.
