As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting the hiring team with recruiting, interviewing, preboarding, and onboarding activities.
• Facilitating a smooth hiring process for both the hiring team and job applicants.
• Maintaining the hiring department’s high degree of organization and efficiency by exhibiting meticulous attention to detail.
• Drafting communication materials, such as job postings, emails to candidates, and offer and rejection letters.
• Collaborating with the hiring team to carry out streamlined preboarding and onboarding processes.
• Researching and recruiting candidates to widen the qualified applicant pool.
• Performing clerical duties, like emailing, handling paperwork, and processing background checks.
• Reviewing applications and screening candidates.
• Scheduling interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Creating job listings and post them online.
• Maintaining an accurate, organized, and detailed candidate database.
• Assisting candidates during the interview process, answering questions, and providing them with key materials.
• Compiling, maintaining, and tracking data for report creation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma or GED (Associates or college degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred).
• Must have experience working as a Recruiter or in a related role.
o Human Resources experience accepted in lieu of Recruiter or related role experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a group.
• Have excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Must have comprehensive knowledge of the hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Have adeptness at using applicant tracking system software such as Workday.
• Must have great attention to detail.
• Have strong time management and organization skills.
• Have high degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be resilient in the face of unexpected challenges and setbacks.
