These positions will focus on Agile lifecycle development and Sustainment activities for the Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS).This position will be located in Colorado Springs, CO.Job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:Support the PARCS agile development teams focused on DEVSECOPS solutionsSupport management of Technical baseline documentationSupport the development of system design solutions in accordance with project technical, schedule and cost constraintsParticipating, preparing and executing comprehensive system/element level test plans and proceduresCollaboration with technical management and customer representatives on project objectivesProvide guidance and mentorship to junior level Systems EngineersReviewing system engineering documentation to ensure test plans and methodologies meet system needs and are accurate, comprehensive, consistent and completeSupporting the development of system integration plans, procedures and scenarios used in the conduct of software/hardware system integration testingParticipating in engineering peer reviews as a document originator or reviewer to ensure technical quality and engineering rigor is appropriateParticipating in project technical risk analysis and mitigation The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented environment.
