The AVP, Enterprise Communications is responsible for managing LAN/WAN, wireless networks, security, and cloud connectivity with a commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient data security; leading the development, coordination, administration, and implementation of Networking and Telecommunications policies, services and programs of the organization; leading and participating in the development and implementation of financial and strategic planning activities; facilitating quality improvement initiatives and the integration of the health system's values. |

Job Qualification
- Master's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience and 7 years of leadership / management experience, required.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise networks within a healthcare setting, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and healthcare IT infrastructure, preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to collaborate across departments, preferred.
- Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, CISSP) are highly desirable.
