Job Description
Coordinates administrative functions and staffing for a clinical program. Assists in resident and fellowship recruitment, evaluations, scheduling, and maintenance of program records. Acts as point of contact for program.
Job Responsibility
- Provides administrative and logistical coordination of all aspects of a clinical program.
- Assists program leadership in planning.
- Updates program policies as needed and in concert with other departments/offices as necessary.
- Assists in maintaining program accreditation with applicable councils.
- Updates and maintains recruitment brochures, the website, and other materials provided to applicants.
- Coordinates candidate interviews, meetings with residents and faculty, and tours of facilities.
- Assists with due process for resident remediation, probation, and/or termination.
- Monitors resident morale and respond to concerns.
- Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.
Job Qualification
- Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
