Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Services, this position develops and provides innovative training focused on quality control for the Enrollment Services Department. In addition, they will ensure quality processing and customer service standards are achieved and maintained. This position will supervise the operations and scheduling of advisors for phone service, Enrollment Support Center (ESC) front desk at Bentonville and Springdale as well as directly supervise the financial aid customer service staff within the ESC. Position serves as the functional lead for quality assurance, providing recommendations and input to Student Services directors and other key staff relative to customer service and the student enrollment process. This position will be a working manager, providing service to students via phone, email, text, or face-to-face, on campus. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institutional policy.Rate of pay: $42,000 annualized

Knowledge of college policies, procedures, and practices; knowledge of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ( FERPA ), Title VII , Title IX, ADA and other applicable laws pertaining to employment and education; ability to plan, organize and implement assigned responsibilities and to work well under pressure to meet deadlines; excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills; ability to participate as a team member, ability to understand and interpret rules and regulations, and ability to adjust to change; ability to handle confidential material judiciously; understanding of education programs and tools related to community colleges.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Training, Organizational Management, Public Administration or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience in collaborating with cross functional teams in a higher education environment. Experience in providing in depth training based on policy and procedures.
Strong working knowledge of federal financial aid policy and procedures.
