Northwest Auto Parts is hiring for its full-time Warehouse Manager position. This position requires an individual with problem solving skills and managerial experience. Flexibility is important in a dynamic industry, where every day is different.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Participating cooperatively as a member of management team
  • Responsible for the team meeting weekly production goals
  • Responsible for the team filling customer orders
  • Management of 6 employees (shipping, deliveries, order fulfillment, production)
  • Training direct reports on job function, equipment operation, and safety
  • Assisting with project development and various issues
  • Basic maintenance of department needs for supplies and maintenance
  • Manager vendor relationships positively

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Background check and drug screening
  • Managerial experience
  • Automotive experience preferred, but not required

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm with an hour lunch (can be flexible).

Expected base salary $65K DOE.
