Legal Intake Specialist

We are hiring for an intake specialist.

About Us:

Kerr Robichaux & Carroll is a Social Security Disability Law Firm. We assist people applying for benefits in what is often a long and arduous process. Our Intake team is made up of a handful of very warm and welcoming individuals who have a knack for small talk. You would start out in our Front Office learning the in's and out's of our firm.

About You:

A go getter who may or may not have thought about running for student office in high school. Or maybe a team captain for sports, or maybe you were in the Cool Group. You could also have been on Speech and Debate or Yearbook Club. I mean, anything dealing with people is helpfully here You have good attention to detail and can keep things organized both in your brain and in your calendar. You are a great listener who is a natural at relaying complicated/ convoluted information in a straight-forward way. You can take a conversation that is quickly flying off the rails and redirect it back on a productive track to be able to get your spiel out, and so that the client understands the spiel. It is helpful if you are motivated by numbers and reaching goals. Before law school we got our undergrad degrees in math (or at least one of us did). We like numbers. If you do too, you might get weekly bonuses.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
