Northwest Grading Inc is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill multiple positions within our Heavy Civil Construction team. We are a reputable company operating in Idaho, Washington, Montana, and North Dakota, specializing in excavating, pipelaying, road construction, infrastructure, grading, and water & sewer facilities. Positions Available:

  • General Laborers: We are willing to train the right candidate for this position.

Requirements:

  • Must pass a drug screening, followed by random quarterly screenings.
  • Clean driving record: MVR checks will be conducted and followed up every 6 months.
  • Preferred: Medical Card (or willingness to obtain one after employment), CDL (not required but preferred).

Preferred but Not Required:

  • CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
  • Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), women, and minorities are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week
