Northwest Health Partners is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person will support our CEO and management team. We are looking for the right person and can adapt the position to either full or part time employment. In addition to administrative duties, we are looking for someone with credentialing experience to support our member clinics when possible.
Duties:
· Support Chief Executive Officer in his duties
· Schedule meetings, maintain calendars for board and committee meetings
· Transcribe meeting minutes Input and maintain data for credentialing and recredentialing of practitioners
· Perform credentialing activities for clinics to include hospitals, payers and government agencies
· Proactively send notices for upcoming license expirations to avoid missing deadlines and prepare agendas
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
· Minimum of two years healthcare experience required
· High School Diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Must be highly organized and possess strong interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of NCQA credentialing standards as well as state and regulatory credentialing requirements is preferred.
· Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications is required.
· Excellent organizational and communications skills required.
· Medical office experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50 - $25.89 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
