Northwest IT Services, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Bookkeeper to join our growing team.
As a part-time bookkeeper, you will provide support to the General Manger with bookkeeping needs as well as answering the phone.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
· Learn and maintain financial and management systems
· Keep AR, AP and reconciliation up to date
· Enter deposits
· Balance bank accounts
· Enter credit card charges
· Provide telephone support to clients and vendors
· Additional projects as required
Education:
· Highschool or equivalent
· Bookkeeping experience
Required Skills:
· Basic QuickBooks desktop skills
· Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills,
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
· Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
· Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities; research and analyze information skillfully
· Keen attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Typical work week is Monday to Friday (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.), with breaks. Weekend work may be requested when needed.
