Position Title: Field Recruiter
Job Overview: The Entry Level part-time Recruiter is responsible for supporting the HR & Operations
Department with various administrative and operational tasks related to the recruitment and hiring process. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to start a career in HR and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on job boards and other recruitment channels for both 1099 and W2 hires
- Screen resumes and applications, and pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates to provide information about the recruitment process and interview logistics
- Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates and present top candidates to hiring managers
- Assist with reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in applicant tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross department leaders to establish needs
- Assist with other HR and Operational projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field experience equivalent a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing and networking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in-office and remotely
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with ambiguity and be able to pivot seamlessly to the needs of the business without much notice
- Strong phone etiquette and interviewing skillset
- Prior internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required
Salary and Benefits: This is a full-time hybrid position; wage is $20 an hour.
