Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email (heavy email)
- Create technical product price and delivery quotations
- Order entry and expedition
- Procurement
- Inventory management and maintenance
- Shipping and receiving
Must Haves:
- A great sense of humor
- Superb Customer Service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail – you notice what others miss
- Self-motivated – you don't need your manager to find work for you
- Time management skills – juggle multiple priorities and handle curve balls
- Familiar with order entry and purchasing software
- Team player – we wear a lot of hats!
- Previous office or clerical experience
- Love of learning / naturally curious
- Desire for long term growth
Nice to Haves:

- Technical Associates degree or higher
This position is not remote and will require regular attendance in our Issaquah, WA office.
Working hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
