Full Job Description

Job Summary:

This position will be involved in a variety of Construction projects with a focus on managing crews, ordering materials, overseeing projects from start to finish, scheduling contractors, customer relations and project takeoffs. This position will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from conception to completion and will guide and support design production including calculations and construction drawings for major design-build projects and hitting revenue and profit targets. The position will coordinate with outside subcontractors for development of future projects and in the preparation and delivery of current build projects.

Duties:

  • Oversee preparation of design construction documents for foundation structures.
  • Provide construction support to field personnel including occasional site visits within our region
  • Develop and maintain relationships with intracompany clients.
  • Provide coordination and communication with clients regarding scope, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion including all design and construction support.
  • Represent the organization in communications and conferences pertaining to broad aspects of company work and acquiring future projects.
  • Formulate solutions and value options for major building projects and coordinate implementation of building specs and parameters with contractors.
  • Ensure company policies, operations and procedures are applied to each project and maintain quality assurance for all deliverables for each project.
  • Lead project meetings and prepare and deliver presentations regarding project specific or company related issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
