As a ResWare Administrator, you are accountable for the daily activities within ResWare across NexTitle. You will serve as the point of contact for technical inquiries and document modifications. The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and is an independent problem solver. Remote candidates will be considered; as well as additional ResWare contractors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide support within ResWare
- Understand actions, workflows, and document templates
- Map documents in ResWare to the appropriate points
- Create new clients and add their corresponding product types
- Grant portal access
- Manage internal and external user access
- Properly code documents
- Map internal documents to work in XML format
- Partner with management for approvals
- Dive into details to determine technical issues within ResWare
- Develop or assess training materials to help employees understand the subjects being taught
- Motivate and train large groups of employees
- Understand the needs of employees and accurately judge what training methods will work
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred; will consider a combination of experience and education
- Must have ResWare Administrator experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in title and escrow
- Two or more years in a customer service oriented role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure (switching and routing) a plus
- SQL experience a plus
- Obsession with customer service and continually elevating customer experience standards through promptness, politeness, professionalism, and personalization
- Experience in cross functional efforts to push projects over the finish line
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Self-motivated, have a phenomenal work ethic and looking for the right company to support your growth
