Summary of position: This position will cross train as a Front Desk Agent and Breakfast Attendant to maintain our standards of customers service. Duties will include, but not limited to- food prep and service of our Smart Start breakfast buffet, check‐in, check‐out and the coordination of hotel services. Responds to guest reservations requests, answers telephones and responds appropriately to requests, and handles any guest compliments or complaints and takes action deemed necessary. Also, handles cash, makes change, and balances an assigned house bank. This position must be available to work shifts between the hours of 6am and 5pm as scheduled.

Qualifications:

• Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• State Food Handlers required or ability to obtain one.
• Must be able to work early morning shifts.
