We are looking to grow our team by finding a motivated individual who provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations on our team within our new business area. This individual will support the team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication and will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive materials. Familiarity with a variety of organizational concepts, practices, and procedures is required. They must ensure duties are completed accurately and delivered in a high quality and timely manner.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Elevated phone-call making abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem solving.
  • Strong time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Create materials as needed including emails, faxes, and forms.
  • Work on projects as requested.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Proficient in MS Office at intermediate levels.
  • Proficient in general technology.

Further education in the form of prior 2-year min. field experience, or college degree is required

Hourly pay based on experience and skills to start with potential bonuses and the possible opportunity to go full-time with the team in the future

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

  • 4 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Associate (Preferred)
