Day Treatment Manager
Northwood Health Systems' day treatment programs help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently in the community by assisting with daily living skills, community safety programs, pre-vocational skills, and supportive employment in both facility-based and community settings.
The Day Treatment Manager manages all aspects of a day treatment program to ensure the health, safety, welfare, and personal development of the clients served. Duties include training and scheduling employees to implement client treatment plans, attending regular treatment team meetings, and representing Northwood Health Systems with parents, other human service agencies, and the community.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- 1 year of experience with individuals having intellectual / developmental disabilities
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Pass a background check
- Positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Be an appropriate role model.
- Provide appropriate care and protective oversight to clients.
- Monitor treatment provided by direct care employees.
- Oversee new employee orientation and keep staff trainings up-to-date.
- Enter billing data, organize documentation, and other administrative tasks
