What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Nortona Redevelopment?
This is subsidized housing and we are looking for a talented person to join our team. You will be taking in rents, doing computer work, up keep of files and creating new files for new tenants. You will be answering phones and assisting with handling daily issues. Will also be collection documentation for new tenants and doing the yearly lease signing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

- LIHTC: 1 year (Preferred)
